Yes. The One pendant is IP67 rated, protecting against everyday rain, splashes and temporary water exposure. It is not completely waterproof — avoid swimming, bathing and prolonged submersion, and dry it fully before charging.
Yes. It runs on its own battery and uses the mobile network, so a power cut at home doesn't affect it.
Yes. GPS helps our responders find you in the garden, at the shops or on a walk. Designed for use within the UK, subject to mobile network coverage.
Fall detection is designed to recognise hard falls, but no system can identify every fall. You can always press the SOS button yourself.
