Led by Director Kez Wilkes, a local entrepreneur and devoted family man, MediAlarm247 was founded from lived experience, not theory.
Kez understands the fear families carry when someone they love becomes vulnerable. He understands the silent anxiety that sits in the background every single day, the constant “what if” that never truly switches off.
After losing his mother to dementia, Kez experienced firsthand the reality so many families face. While he was living in Australia, she went missing and could not be found. The distance, the helplessness, the uncertainty, it was something no son should have to endure.
