Location shared when you raise an alert
When an alert is raised — because you press your button or fall detection alerts us — our care team is notified straight away and can see your location at that moment to get help to you quickly.
The right response, wherever you are
Depending on the emergency, we contact your nominated emergency contacts, alert the emergency services, or both. Our care team assesses the situation and acts accordingly.
We don’t track your movements day to day. Location information is only shared when an alert is raised, so our care team can help you quickly. Some details may remain visible for a short time after an emergency call for safety and record-keeping.
Staying connected
Our GPS devices rely on mobile signal to connect to our care team and share your location. In areas with no mobile coverage, the device won’t be able to reach us.
If you’re unsure about signal where you live or spend time, our team are happy to talk it through before you commit to anything.
When your device first arrives, test your device in each area of your home — and, if you have one, your garden — to confirm a call can be raised wherever you spend time. If you find any areas where the signal is unreliable, please contact us before relying on the device in those locations.

Where does our cover work?
Anywhere there’s a mobile signal. The local shops, a friend’s house, a walk in the countryside. Coverage depends on the mobile network used by your device; if you’re unsure whether your usual areas are covered, our team are happy to check before you join.

At home: extra accuracy with the Home Locator
Our Go - Adults GPS watch comes with a small Home Locator that plugs into any standard socket. It helps us pinpoint a more accurate position inside your home, where mobile signals can sometimes be less reliable.
Setup is quick — just plug it in, and once you’ve completed your initial device test, it works quietly in the background.
