1. Plug the home locator into a central mains socket in your home and switch it on — two green lights confirm it's working. 2. Turn on your watch by pressing and holding the control button for 3 seconds. Short presses cycle through screens (time, step count). The screen sleeps after 10 seconds to save battery but the watch is still protecting you. 3. Make a test call by pressing the SOS button for 3 seconds and following the prompts.
Press and hold the SOS button for around 3 seconds. The watch will connect to our care team and open a two-way call so you can speak with a responder. GPS shares your location with us during the call so help can be sent to wherever you are.
