After losing his mother to dementia, Kez experienced firsthand the reality so many families face. While he was living in Australia, she went missing and could not be found. The distance, the helplessness, the uncertainty, it was something no son should have to endure.
In that moment, it became clear that families need more than hope. They need protection. They need reassurance. They need a system that works when it matters most.
